This is to notify you that your over due inheritance/contract fund
has been released for payment via Key Telex Transfer (KTT)-Direct Wire
Transfer to you by the office of the Presidency after a meeting with
the Senate Committee on Finance and Foreign Affairs and the Federal
Ministry of Finance.
Meanwhile, a woman came to my office few days ago with a Sworn
Affidavit from the Federal High Court Lagos claiming to be your true
representative and to be sent by you, and that you have authorized her
to receive your fund on your behalf.
Below are the informations she provided to us to use it to make the
fund transfer to her.
NAME JANET SCOTT.
BANK NAME: CITI BANK, NEWYORK.
BANK ADDRESS: NEW YORK, USA. and her bank account and routing
number.
Please, do re-confirm to this office as a matter of urgency if this
woman is from you so that the Federal Government will not be held
Responsible for paying into the wrong account.
The Board of Directors of the Guaranty Trust Bank Of Nigeria, The
Senate Committee on Finance and Foreign Affairs and the Federal
Ministry of Finance have given my department the approval to make fund
transfer to your representative account stated above in this fiscal
year 2008.
Based on this, we shall proceed to issue all payment details to the
said Mrs. Jane Scott if we did not hear from you within the next three
(3) working days from today.
Finally, we have verified that why you have not received your fund is
because you have not fulfilled the obligations given to you in respect
to your contract/ inheritance fund and we have also been informed that
you are still dealing with the non officials of banks all in your
attempt to secure and receive your fund. We wish to advise you that
such an act have to stop if you wish to receive your fund since a
final solution have been bring to your problem.
