DEBT PAYMENT NOTIFICATIONS CIRCULAR FGN/NIG24/CBN-08.

Dear Beneficiary,

I, Alhaji. Babagana Kingibe, the Secretary to the Federal Government
of Nigeria. I was compelled by Mr. President his Excellency Alhaji.
Musa Umaru Yar'Adua (GCFR), who stated clearly during the Federal
Executive Council meeting to find out as soon as possible why your
over due CONTRACT/INHERITANCE fund claim has not been paid to you
based on your file that was forwarded to his office, following
instructions that was passed to various government quarters make sure
all outstanding payment due for beneficiary last year 2007 is released
to them.

This wake up call was as a result of the constant report from the
International Community following series of complaint by
contractors/beneficiary that the Nigeria Government refused to release
their contract/inheritance payment after fulfilling all obligation on
their part.

In order to maintain the (7) Point Agenda, and also follow due
process, the president of our great nation want to re-confirm from all
beneficiary that have not yet received their entitlement to state
categorically why you have not yet received your payment up till this
very moment.

We are seek and tired of petitions sent by beneficiary that was been
received by the president through the International Community, United
Nations and Africa Union.

However, we are poised to fight this corruption to a logical
conclusion, in order to redeem the image of our great nation to the
International Community and to maintain our legacy as good Africa
leaders.

Further more, upon receipt of this mail, the office of the presidency
want you to reconfirm your Direct Telephone/Mobile and fax number if
any and other related information's concerning your payment in order
to make correction and release your due entitlement.

We duly apologize for all the delay and inconveniences caused you before now.

Finally, it is reported in your file that was forwarded to the
Federal Executive Council Meeting that you are dead, hence we want to
reconfirm from you before taking final decision related to the
approved fund in your favor by the president.

We await your urgent response in a timely manner.
