First, let me start by introducing myself as Ms. Midori MATSUSHIMA, a
mother of a child (Vice-Minister for Foreign Affairs in Japan
Government and Presently a Member of Foreign Affairs Committee at the

In 2002 when i was a Member of the House of Representatives, my husband
and his associates had funds entrusted in care of my husband. After
some months, these same associates roped my husband in a case which
amounted to a threat to his life and all his assets has been seized,so
he has to be out of circulation. I later discovered that he had some
funds deposited with a Finance Security company.

This fund emanated as a result of an over-invoiced contract which he
executed with the Government. Though I assisted him in getting this
contract but I never knew that it was over-invoiced by him. I am afraid
that the government might start to investigate on contracts awarded
from 2000 to date. If they discover this money with the security
company, they will confiscate it and seize his assets and this will
definitely affect my political career in Government.

However, I’ll need your assistance, to help me in securing the funds,
as to invest, and further purchase of property for my family, I will
like to know the procedures of none citizen investing in your country.
Because I can not invest in your country without assistance from some
one in your country as my only son will be guided by you, because of
his inexperience, as he is the benefactor of our investment.

I am convinced that we can invest in your country with your guidance,
under your umbrella. Please I do not need to remind you of the need for
absolute Confidentiality if this transaction must succeed. YOU MUST
NOT CALL ME! As I will not attend to your call for security reasons as
every of my line is been monitored by the government. I thank you very
