      ARE YOU SENT ME THE CARD ABOUT WINNING? if it’s right why you no sent me the check? because I ‘ve pay 320$ for the sender and not get the check….they talled me that they stoped the check in the airport of Thailnad and they want me to pay 2700$

      That is how you can tell it is a scam. No legitimate lottery would ask for money upfront so that you can receive a prize. This money upfront is called an ‘advance-fee’ and this scam is an advance-fee fraud. See our guide on identifying and avoiding scams. In general the answer is that none of these are ever real – just delete the email or SMS message.
