Please permit me to introduce myself to you briefly. My Name is Dambari Bello from Nigeria in West Africa. I know that this message may come to you as a big surprise as we have not known ourselves in any way in the past. Please I ask for your forgiveness if this message affects your feeling in any way.

I am the personal assistance to a former Oil Minister and by the grace of God a frontline politician here in my country Nigeria and on whose behalf I now write to you. My boss is among the top hopefuls to succeed the present President of Nigeria come 2011 general election that will take place in Nigeria.

My boss is seeking for a credible person that will sponsor him in the said election which its preparation will commence early next year 2010 even though the underground work has commenced secretly to avoid ban by the independent electoral commission as the electioneering campaign order has not been given to anyone.

My boss has some funds already kept for the whole exercise secretly kept in one of the commercial banks in Nigeria. In fact in all honesty, the total amount is $350,000,000.00 (three hundred and fifty Million United states Dollars) and other 37Million Euros. In fact my boss knows all that is involved in this kind of election mostly for one gunning for the topmost position in a populous country like Nigeria.

This monies as stated above, my boss wanted you to receive on his behalf over there in your country because if he is found in possession of this huge sums of money, he may likely be probed as a former public office holder whose activities is always under scrutiny.

Because of the law against foreign sponsorship my boss will want you after receiving this fund, to reinvest it back in Nigeria in any profitable business such as the oil and gas business as there are some Oil Blocks/Wells available which we can purchase. The reason for this reinvestment is to enable you have the right to sponsor him in the election then not as a foreigner but as indigenous person that is doing business in Nigeria.

For your role in retrieving the money from Nigeria, you will be entitled to 25% of the total sum, while 60% shall be for my boss and 15% set aside for all the expenses you are likely to incur in the course of retrieving the fund. Then for investment which shall be a joint investment, a workable agreement shall be reached with you in the presence of your attorney and that of my boss but that has to be after you must have received the fund under your control.

All the necessary paper works that will give you right to request for this fund as the owner/beneficiary shall be worked out once we receive your genuine intention to participate in the transaction which to me shall be purely seen as deal . I assure that there won’t be any risk involved on your side as we shall diligently do all that we are supposed to protect all interest.

Your most urgent response will be appreciated as we do not have much time even if you are not interested to enable us know if we shall look elsewhere for a credible partner. But if you are genuinely interested that will be appreciated and I assure you that you must not regret your involvement.

Note that I chose not to mention the name of my boss here for security reason and to avoid such scandals that may spoil his chances in the Election. Please note the need for absolute confidentiality of the transaction.
