I hope you will not mind me writing to you, though I feel that a letter like this is the most confidential and effective way to contact you.  My name is Baliques Ottoman, Daughter of Mr. Amuil Sufian Ottoman of Iraq. This might be a surprise to you but I got your contact e-mail address in my father’s directory. I was just checking on his magazines and the business details that he stored and I saw your email. Am sure you would still remember him.

 

 

If you know my family too well before, Am sorry, it is no more what it is again. I have a pathetic story to tell you, but I still have something to offer.

My story goes like this: My father who was the chief security officer of North BAGHDAD was murdered during the war, as at the time American soldiers were fearing bombs and rockets into Iraq. His wicked friends made bad publication about him and saying he is an enemy of the U.S and Western people. They did this so they can have the American Government confiscate all our wealths. After the death of my father, my mother and I fled to our hometown in Irbil, because we were secretly informed of the plans to kill us. Later my mother, Mrs. Zubya Ottoman was diagnosed with Esophageal Cancer.

 

 

We have been hiding here since seven years, and now the problems of the sickness has ensued, we need to get out the money our father kept secretly in a security company in London, U.K.

 

According the details my mother disclosed to me, the amount contained in the safe is US$105 (One Hundred & Five U.S Dollars) and some Gold Jewelries he intend to export to business partners in Inda.

 

 

Also from my own personal investigation, I came to know my father deposited the money in a Security Company as valuables which he intend to transfer abroad to his business partners, He was on the processing of carrying out the buessiness before the war in Iraq took his life.

 

 

We have contacted the security company since three years ago and they keep saying they have to investigate us and find out if we were truly memebers of his family. It took them alot of time to conclude their investigation because we told them, we never wanted anyone to know about the funds and where we are.

Now that they have concluded investigation, a lawyer who helped us has advised that we should never move the money to Iraq to avoid further insurgents and attacks.

 

 

Presently they have declared that the funds and the entire issues of the box is in the British Escrows and under their control.

We can’t keep suffering while we have that much available for us. We have to claim the funds and help our own life. So we decided to contact overseas Individual that will assist us to invest this money out of Iraq. Because of the bad publication and conspiracy against my father after his death, we now have the difficulty of sharing public interest and facilities as we are still hiding in this place. We need your help now, We have agreed to give you 10% which is (U.S$10,500.000) of the total sum if you can help us receive and to invest this money in your country. 80% will be for my family And we shall advise you on our area of business interest. Basically we have choosen Real Estate, we plan to aquire properties with large percentage of the funds.
