Hello,
My name is Yinka George, a chartered accountant with the Eco Bank Nigeria PLC, I have an urgent /good news for you on your payment and also seeing that you have gone through a lot trying to receive this fund but all to no avail.

Now I have concluded an arrangement with a diplomat attached to our bank to help you deliver your fund to your country via a diplomatic means, since transferring the fund through bank-to-bank and ATM Cards have cost you so much money and will still demand for a lot more, coupled with so many dishonest individuals in the system. I have also received a call from the diplomat that he has arrived London and I have tried several times to get hold of you on phone, all to no success, rather I got someone who told me that he is your partner and that you are no longer interested in the transaction due to frustration. He also told me that you have given him the go ahead order to complete the transaction with my bank.

Therefore, I solicit your consent to have the diplomat proceed to deliver the consignment to your partner who told me that he is presently in Connecticut; he gave this tel/fax number to contact him on arrival (1-203-7741654; Dr. Frank Lawson). The packaged amount inbox is ($10,000.000.00) Ten Million Dollars. Please let me know immediately if there is anything contrary.
As soon as you contact me I will give you the diplomat’s telephone number to reach him as well as to send you the keys to the safety box to you, as I never intended to release it to the diplomat for fear of betrayal.
